NFL Week 3 Power Rankings: Jaguars are at the top of the rankings; Buccaneers, climbing dolphins

The state of Florida is a combined 6-0 up to now in the first two weeks of the NFL season.

The Jacksonville 2-0 Jaguars are not the surprise team of this group. But the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins are 2-0.

The Bucs are the biggest snipers, with a 2-0 lead behind Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick, playing suspended Jameis Winston, has been special so far, throwing eight touchdown passes in two games, leading to a frequently asked question:

Is there work left when Winston returns in week 4?

I think the Monday night game with the Pittsburgh Steelers will be decisive. If he plays as he has done until now, how will the Bucs get him out of the training?

As for the Dolphins, coach Adam Gase thought his whole team was better than expected. He is right. Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill is 11-3 in his last 14 starts (including the playoffs), including two wins this year. He has played well so far.

In a weak AFC, the Dolphins can claim a playoff spot or even division.

The Jaguars are now No. 1 in my power standings, with the Bucs in 9th place and the Dolphins in 12th place. A start of 9-0 for the three teams seems possible.

Who saw this coming, especially in Tampa Bay and Miami?
