Nia Jax was charged with making a three to five minute promo explaining why she would be the one who would dethrone Ronda Rousey to TLC next month. On paper, Jax has legitimate reasons why she deserves a title. Then Jax listed his reasons and they all fell flat.
The fact that much of Jax's thrust is now focused on moving into the ring has always been debatable. Jax gave Becky Lynch a concussion and it did not make much noise.
After Jax tried to heat up at a low price, she turned her attention to Rousey. Jax's argument against Rousey was based on the fact that the Gross female champion was in fact a failure.
Yes, the unbeaten Gross The women's champion, with Olympic judo credentials and a record MMA record, was a failure for Jax.
It did not work either, so Rousey tried to save Jax's promo.
Rousey at the microphone could not save this segment of Gross.
All this would lead to Rousey challenging Jax to a match here, which the challenger declined for reasons.
