Calling Lawrence a "fool", the star accused him of "trying to embarrass this hardworking man", who played Elvin Tibideaux on The Cosby Show from 1985 to 1992.

On Thursday, Owens told PEOPLE that his first thought following the news of his trader Joe's appointment was the way his son would feel it.
