If there is one thing that we can always count on regarding Her Minajesty's red carpet and her style on stage, it's that she's never, already disappoint. The holding of Nicki Minaj's BET Awards 2018 kept alive her series of unpredictable and rotating public ensembles. Each of his three performance suits were at the next level.

As Minaj had to perform at BET, we were already wondering if she would jump on the red carpet to focus on her performance.

Minaj's different hairstyles and wigs are still part of her overall appearance and she often exchanges cuts and colors. So his cock was another element that we anticipated. We also admit that we also expected Minaj to wear black since this was often the hue of choice at previous BET ceremonies.

But unfortunately, she did not strut and showed off her sense of style always killer on the carpet. Boo! Hiss!

That said, his stage performance was warmer than the 114-degree day in Los Angeles. It was therefore a fair compromise.

Minaj played in a black dress with the appearance of latex with a red border. She paired it with red patent leather boots. It was a pretty sexy presentation – and that's usually the case during a live performance of Nikki Minaj.

In terms of hair, Minaj wore her long, straight blond curls and she fell back from her face. There were pink and yellow streaks woven everywhere.

Minaj, who released MAC nude-hued lipsticks last year, rocked a bit of a bare-faced make-up look. But that made sense, because his ultra-shiny outfit commanded so much attention.

The rapper also shook a larger-than-life gold "Chun-Li" necklace, nodding to his latest single. It was so huge and eye catching that it was an effective promotional tool.

Minaj is a pillar BET Awards. She once rocked this front zip, black lace number. This was the proof of the more discreet but still glamorous nature of this show. MITS are more like AMAs or VMA fun and funky, rather than chic Grammys, when it comes to fashion.

The hip-hop diva often favors black outfits at BET. Yes, she kills them all. Because duh. Even its LBDs still have a distinctive element, like leather and lace fabric or keyhole bodice.

Minaj also paired snake leggings with a cropped leather jacket a year. Of course, she added a pair of killer heels to complete the look.

Minaj wore her pink signature to the BETs several moons ago. She paired the striped and frilly mini with black booties and a bob with bangs. It was an impertinent look. Note that bright pink lips have also been his thing at earlier BETs. That's his favorite color, so …

That concludes Nicki Minaj at BETs Memory Lane! Flashbacks certainly show how his style has evolved over the years – while retaining some of his signature.

Although we were disappointed that she did not quite get hitched to the action of the red carpet, we completely dug her performance style.
