Nipsey Hussle unleashed a vicious slap on the face of a man in the middle of a fight over where he could park his whip … and everything is captured on video.

Take a look, the rapper L.A. is on the street outside the venue for Sunday's "BET Awards" when he enters with another guy. We were told that the question was whether Nipsey could move cones and go through a restricted area.

Tempers flare up, and after the guy taps a traffic cone out of Nipsey's bodyguard's hand … Hussle unloads a hard right slap.

An officer immediately seized Nipsey to prevent the fight from escalating … and then he returned to his car.

We were told that the reason for this argument was that Nipsey was late for a rehearsal and thought he could pass the cones … but security tried to stop him. It is not clear if any reports or arrests have been made.
