SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – A nurse from the Scottsdale Surgery Center was charged by a grand jury after allegedly taking drugs for patients.

Danielle Lynn Langham, a 44-year-old registered nurse, is charged with falsifying narcotic drugs, Dilaudid and Fentanyl, and filling the vials with sterile saline.

Langham allegedly trafficked drugs for his personal use, according to Attorney General Mark Brnovich's office.

It is believed that these alleged infractions occurred between August 2015 and May 2016. She surrendered her nursing license in May 2017.

The Attorney General made the announcement on Tuesday, claiming that a jury had charged him with 23 drug misappropriation offenses.
