Here is the AP summary:

BALTIMORE (AP) – Rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson ran for a touchdown and scored for one point, Terrell Suggs had a 43-yard fumble hit for a touchdown and the Baltimore Ravens outscored the Oakland Raiders 34-17 on Sunday.

Cyrus Jones scored 70 yards for a touchdown to help the Ravens (6-5) win a second consecutive game for the first time since September.

Gus Edwards rushed for 118 yards as part of an effective ground game that allowed Jackson to pass just enough to keep the Raiders off guard – and off the field. Baltimore increased his lead at half-time from three points to 27-17 with two very heavy touchdowns that lasted nearly 16 minutes.

While starter Joe Flacco was out for a second consecutive game with a right hip injury, Jackson reduced his running attempts, throwing more often and getting the same result: a win. After accumulating 27 goals for 117 yards last week in his NFL debut, Jackson ran 11 times for 71 yards and 14 for 25 yards for 178 yards and two interceptions.

Suggs won with 5:55 left, penalizing on the right lane after Derek Carr of Oakland was sacked by Matthew Judon and lost the ball in a fourth game.

Carr completed 16 of his 34 passes for a total of 194 yards and one touchdown, but was sacked three times.

The Raiders (2-9) came in with the league's 31st run defense, and the Ravens exploited that weakness for 242 yards rushing in 43 attempts.

Baltimore opened the third quarter with a 13-game stretch that lasted nearly seven minutes and 12 games in the game, including a 5-yard touchdown by Jackson that raised the score to 20-10.

Carr equalized that touch using the opposite approach, moving to Seth Roberts for 44 yards to hold a scoring 16-yard shot at the tight Jared Cook.

Jackson then orchestrated a 17-game march covering 71 meters and lasting 8 minutes and 53 seconds. In the third and eighth goals of the eighth goal, Jackson signed a pass in favor of Michael Crabtree, the former Oakland star.

The Ravens 'only touchdown before half-time was marked by Jones' return to the second quarter.

Jones walked to the right line and followed the distance, getting key blocks from Chris Moore and Judon. It was the first career touchdown for Jones, who was released by New England in October.

Jackson threw two interceptions, ran twice for 11 yards and took a bag in the first period. More than half of his 140 yards in half-time play, a goal of 74 yards, Mark Andrews, scored a goal.

Carr also struggled, scoring 9 points for 24 points for 97 yards. Oakland's first touchdown in the first half was marked by a one-meter dive by Doug Martin, who was originally called a lost breakaway. A replay then revealed that he had broken the plane in the end zone before losing the ball.
