Of course, Donald Glover wore an awesome Disney shirt during his Lion King registration sessions

Disney's ongoing development of live-action remakes of his beloved animated classics has been in full swing since the reconfiguration of Dumbo, Aladdin and The Lion King should make their debut in 2019. Regarding this latest project, we are looking forward to seeing Donald Glover become Simba's king in Jon Favreau's remake of one of Disney's most famous musicals. After a lot of silence on the radio on this exciting release, the director released himself with some of the Lion King during a recording session, Glover taking over one of the members of the studio's Fab Four group. The fashionable quadruple threat may be a great pose in the tweet alongside director Jon Favreau and his co-stars Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner, but his shirt Donald Duck screams the Disney fanboy. Considering that Donald Glover plays Simba, Rogen will be Pumbaa and Eichner will be Timon, the best hypothesis is that the trio recorded a new version of "Hakuna Matata" for the film. The R & B style of Glover, known in the world of music as Childish Gambino, associated with the actors at his side in the above will be a show in itself when the new The Lion King comes out in the summer of 2019. Glover also has roots as a stand-up comedian, so he integrates perfectly.

The new Disney Simba also had the opportunity to play another iconic character from the studio earlier this year in Solo: A story of Star Wars like a young Lando Calrissian. Donald Glover has spent his entire career in various projects, including the humorous television series. Community, writing some hit albums like Childish Gambino, and writing and starring in the FX series Atlanta. Glover's partnership with Disney propels him into the mainstream in a way he has never known before.

In addition to Donald Glover's star talent, Beyoncé also offers her vocal talents as Nala in the upcoming The Lion King live-action project. The film is made up of many other hilarious actors such as Keegan-Michael Key of Kamari, Eric André of Azizi and John Oliver of Zazu. The impressive set also includes Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, John Kani as Rafiki and James Earl Jones blaming Mufasa, of course. Elton John also recently said that he would come back to compose a few extra songs for last, which would lead him to team up with Beyoncé. It's a lot to take and hopefully more and more pictures of this kind will come out, as each of them filters in and out of the recording studio for The Lion King.

With less than a year of remake, Disney fans are eager to see the sun rise again in the sapphire sky, with this time a more realistic animation for animals residing in Pride Rock. The Lion King will be released on June 19, 2019.
