Avengers 4 fan art reunites the original Avengers in the Quantum Realm. It’s been quite a while since fans saw the six founding heroes of the MCU on the big screen. After defeating Ultron in 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, the team went separate ways with Iron Man and Captain America butting heads in Captain America: Civil War while Thor and Hulk went on their intergalactic space adventure in Thor: Ragnarok. When Avengers: Infinity War rolled around, directors Joe and Anthony Russo separated the team for the most part of the film with Tony Stark still isolated on Titan while Clint Barton’s location still unknown by the end of it. But with the culmination of everything that has transpired in the franchise nearing, the stage is set for the much-anticipated reassembly of the beloved characters.
Details about the film are still scant, with Marvel Studios continuously remaining tightlipped about the Phase 3 capper despite several supposed leaks in the last couple of months. But based on what’s currently known about the film’s narrative, both the Quantum Realm and the concept of time travel will factor in Thanos’ presumed defeat. Additionally, Avengers 4 is expected to have a high nostalgia factor as the fate of Earth (and universe) once again rests upon the shoulders of the core MCU heroes.

Coming from @THEWILL06 for NotCine Marvel is fan art reuniting the six original Avengers for a trip to the Quantum Realm. Using the leaked images from the reported promo images for Avengers 4 unveiling the team’s brand new suits, the artist used the Quantum Realm visual fans have seen in Ant-Man & the Wasp for the illustration’s background. He did, however, change its color scheme from warm reds and oranges to cool-toned blues and violet to fit the aesthetic established in Infinity War. Check out the image below:
Apart from the original Avengers, the supposed leaked promo art also featured other remaining MCU heroes like Ant-Man, Rocket, and Nebula. War Machine also survived Thanos’ snap but was noticeably absent from the line-up. While Marvel Studios remain mum about the leak (or the movie in general), the white armor checks out with an earlier toy box leak revealing only Rocket, Thor and Cap wearing the red and white suits. The mysterious wristband that Tony Stark, Steve Rogers and Scott Lang wear in several Avengers 4 set photos also appears in these latest character looks. Fans, so far, are split on the brand new suits, but it’s best to reserve judgment once official images with the heroes wearing the said costumes are out.
With significantly fewer characters to shine a light on compared to Infinity War, Avengers 4 is expected to put spend most of its time with the original six superheroes – especially since a couple of them are expected to bow out of the MCU. Depending on the narrative that Russos and writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely concocted, the characters either bite the bullet or simply retire from their world-saving gig. Regardless, it’s safe to say that the movie will mark the end of an era for the successful franchise with newer heroes taking the lead moving forward towards the still-mysterious Phase 4.
