ASUNCION (Reuters) – Paraguay will transfer its Israeli embassy to Tel Aviv, overturning a decision by former president Horacio Cartes in May to move the diplomatic site to Jerusalem, the South American minister told reporters Wednesday. Foreign Affairs.
