Patrick Stewart plays an active role in developing a new Star Trek series for CBS All Access sharing an online photo behind the scenes.
The favorite actor of the fans tweeted a photo of him with the writers and producers of the series scheduled this morning, including for a long time. Star Trek Akiva Goldsman fan who helped produce the first season of Star Trek: discovery and wrote an episode for the season. They are joined by the famous author Michael Chabon, who has already won the Pulitzer, Hugo and Nebula awards for his work.

Stewart had surprised fans around the world by announcing last month that he would resume his iconic role as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on a new series for the premium streaming service. As part of this announcement, Stewart revealed that he had met writers to play a more visible role in creating the new series.
Stewart represented famous Picard through the seven seasons of Star Trek: the new generation and took over the role in 1994 Star Trek Generations, 1996 Star Trek: First contact1998 Star Trek: Insurrectionand 2002 Star Trek: Nemesis.

Details of the upcoming series, including its final title and release date, are currently unknown, but should be released first on CBS All Access.
