Pauley Perrette has spent her time fighting crime "NCIS" may be over, but the same can not be said of his animal activism.

The actress, 49, has been addressing Twitter this weekend to request the resignation of Idaho Fish and Game Commissioner, Blake Fischer, after sharing footage of his hunting trip guided in Africa.

In an e – mail received by Idaho 's political leader, Mr. Fischer has boasted of having killed more than a dozen animals in Namibia with his wife the month of last, including a giraffe, a leopard, an impala and a family of baboons. The output reports that Fischer sent images and descriptions of his hunt to more than 100 recipients.

"What kind of monster kills giraffes and a family of baboons, including a mother who holds her baby in arms to impress his wife? And proudly displays it?" Perrette said in a series of tweets on Sunday.

She has joined about twenty people, including Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter, asking Fischer to withdraw: "REMOVE IT NOW! This is not a game! Monster."

The former star of "NCIS" called Fischer "smiling jerk", referring to the ecstatic smile of the hunter when he posed with his prey.

Perrette had her wish one day later. Fischer resigned as Idaho Fisheries and Hunting Commissioner as a result of a massive reaction.

"I recently made a bad judgment that led to sharing photos of a hunt in which I did not demonstrate proper sportsmanship and respect for the animals that I've harvested it, "wrote Fischer in his resignation letter.
