Pete Prisco's Week 12 Pick: Giants Stay Warm and Assault Eagles, Broncos Angry at Steelers

[ad_1]

Things I'm grateful for this Thanksgiving: being able to cover the sound when my picks stink.

Like last week.

It was a bad week throughout my career, from the straight to the broadest through my best results.

Hey, we have all these weeks.

But with Thanksgiving here, and a list of three games to help keep our minds away from the greedy feast we are going to eat, I am hopeful that the evil is gone and that the good is back for my choices.

I like the three choices here for the Thanksgiving holiday games. So, while you eat the bird and all the bindings, try to avoid being angry if they are not correct.

It's Thanksgiving after all.

Bear (-3.5) in Lions

Game information: 12:30 ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

The Bears are up and playing an excellent defense that will challenge the Lions offensive line. The Lions have won four of their last five games for Thanksgiving, and I think with a good Matt Stafford game, they will make five out of six. Chase Daniel is almost certainly a quarter of the Bears, this gives a little more advance to the Lions. I liked the Lions, even though Trubisky played.

To choose: Lions 23, bears 20

Redskins at Cowboys (-7.5)

Game information: 16.30. ET, Fox (streaming on fuboTV, try it for free)

The Redskins will train Colt McCoy here for injured Alex Smith, absent for the year. He faces a tough challenge against a good Dallas defense. Washington's offensive offensive line will have problems with the Cowboy front. It will be a low score game, but the Cowboys will win it.

To choose: Cowboys 21, Redskins 12

Falcons at Saints (-13)

Game information: 20:20 ET, NBC (streaming on fuboTV, try for free)

Prepare for an offensive fireworks. The Atlanta offense has not been as good in recent weeks, but I think they'll get back on track. Matt Ryan and Drew Brees will have a fun shootout to watch, but the Saints are the best team and will win a very memorable match.

To choose: Saints 35, Hawks 30

Browns in Bengals (-3)

Game information: 13h ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

The Browns are out of their wing and face a Bengal team that was bad last month. The Bengals have major defense issues, which will appear here again. Look for the Browns to keep that close and maybe win it.

To choose: Bengals 20, Browns 19

Seahawks at the Panthers (-3.5)

Game information: 13h ET, Fox (streaming on fuboTV, try it for free)

It's a big match in terms of the implications for the playoffs. The Panthers have lost two games in a row and need to turn around. Seattle looked good in rally last week to beat the Packers. But I think the Panthers will go home. It will not be easy

To choose: Panthers 27, Seahawks 21

Jaguars (-3) at the Bills

Game information: 13h ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

The Jaguar season is over. The bills have been for a long time. But what team is coming for the Jaguars? Do they still have pride? The way the Bills offense is playing, it may not need to be a lot. The Jaguars defense wins this match.

To choose: Jaguars 21, Bills 10

Raiders at Ravens (-10.5)

Game information: 13h ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

Lamar Jackson impressed on his first start at quarterback for the Ravens and now faces an Oakland defense that is not very good. The Raiders also play consecutive games on the road, which is a long journey and early departure. Jackson will win again.

To choose: Ravens 27, Raiders 14

Dolphins in Colts (-9)

Game information: 16:25 ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

The dolphins have just left their homes and still have the hope of playing in the playoffs. The Colts have won three straight for 5-5 and are among the most offensive teams with Andrew Luck. But I think Miami will be able to move football to help slow the odds. The Colts will win, but it's close.

To choose: Colts 26, dolphins 20

49ers in the buccaneers (-3,5)

Game information: 13h ET, Fox (streaming on fuboTV, try it for free)

It's one of the dog games of the week. Nick Mullens will be back for the 49ers quarterback, while Jameis Winston is back for Tampa Bay. Both teams have defense issues that will appear here. Look for a lot of points, Winston getting the best.

To choose: Bucs 33, 49ers 28

The giants in the eagles (-6)

Game information: 13h ET, Fox (streaming on fuboTV, try it for free)

The Giants are alive in the bad NFC East after winning two straight wins. The Eagles are struggling on both sides of the ball. The Giants have been the best team in recent times, and I think it shows up here. The giants take him in a bad mood.

To choose: Giants 30, Eagles 27

Patriots (-9.5) at Jets

Game information: 13h ET, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

Both teams have a leave, which is good for health reasons. Sam Darnold will be back in the center of the Jets, while striker Rob Gronkowski should return for the Pats. The Jets are a mess, so look for an ugly representation here. Tape big.

To choose: Patriots 38, Jets 10

Cardinals to Chargers (-12)

Game information: 16:05 ET, Fox (streaming on fuboTV, try it for free)

The Chargers were upset by the Broncos at home last week, which should lead them to focus. Cardinals play the rope, which is why it could be ugly. Philip Rivers will have another successful day as the Chargers emancipate themselves.

To choose: Chargers 30, Cardinals 16

Steelers (-3) to the Broncos

Game information: 4:25 pm, CBS (stream on CBS All Access or fuboTV, try it for free)

The Steelers are on the road for the second week in a row after they have rallied to beat the Jaguars. The Broncos have had a bit of life for their season by upsetting the Chargers on the road. It will be a real challenge for the Steelers. That's why I think a malaise is coming. The broncos take it.

To choose: Broncos 27, Steelers 24

Packers at the Vikings (-3.5)

Game information: 20h20, NBC (streaming on fuboTV, try for free)

It's a huge match for both teams, which have been disappointing so far. The Packers play consecutive games on the road, although they have a few extra days of rest. The Packers are on the defensive front, which could appear here. Go with the Vikings at home in a near.

To choose: Vikings 21 Packers 20

Titans at Texans (-5.5)

Game information: 8:15 pm, ESPN

The Titans could be without quarterback Marcus Mariota here, which would mean that Blaine Gabbert starts. It's Gabbert who beat the Texans early in the season, but that will not happen again. The Texans have greatly improved since and Monday night, they will show it. Big Texans.

To choose: Texans 30, Titans 17
