NEW YORK, NY.- In mid-January 2019, Pfizer will increase prices by 10% of its drug portfolio.
Three of these drugs will increase by 3%, a drug will increase by 9% and the remaining 37 drugs will only increase by 5%.
According to Pfizer, prices will be offset by higher discounts and discounts offered by insurance companies and pharmacies.
However, those with high-deductible health plans and those without medical insurance will feel the price increases the most.
Pfizer's representatives are yet to name the 41 drugs that will be affected.
