Jack White, Lionel Richie, Hozier and more have not had a chance to speak at this year's Pilgrimage Festival, as Saturday's schedule (Sept. 22) and a complete Sunday cancellation (Sept. 23) due gloomy weather.
The festival – which takes place in Franklin, home town of Miley Cyrus and Kesha – canceled the rest of Saturday's performances after thunder began to boom. Sixty-nine lightning strikes were recorded in the area, and production had initially allowed its Sunday performance schedule as a safety measure when the rain did not relax.
