Pippa Middleton prepares to welcome her first child.

Pippa, expected this month, was seen smiling as she walked into Lindo Wing Hospital in St. Mary's, the same place where her older sister, Kate Middleton, gave birth to her three children on Monday. Her husband, James Matthews, took large bags to the hospital, according to the photos obtained by the Daily mail.

The Pippa representative made no comment when PEOPLE joined him.

Kate made three memorable debut after delivery on the Lindo Wing Steps, introducing the world to each child shortly after their birth. Prince William and Prince Harry also made their royal debut on the famous steps in the arms of their mother, Princess Diana.

On Friday, Pippa arrived at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle for the royal wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank. The first mother, 35, wore a custom-made green Emilia Wickstead dress and a matching fascinator with black heels.

The trip to the hospital takes place the same day as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced that they were expecting their first child.

A royal source told People that Meghan was undergoing a 12-week ultrasound and was "feeling good".
