Pizza Brain Pizza Culture Museum – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In 2012, three friends in the same love of pizza fulfilled their dream by opening Pizza Brain and its Pizza Culture Museum. The museum-restaurant is home to the largest collection of pizza souvenirs in the world.

From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figures wearing Pizza Hut sweaters using a sword, to a slice-shaped remote control to a wall lined with pie-themed album covers, no surface is free of pizzeria. In addition to the huge collection of a founder, the museum continues to receive pizzas souvenirs from near and far. Located in Fishtown, a district of Philadelphia that has become a haven for creative and young professionals, the museum is also a pizzeria. The menu options go from the simplest (the "Jane" comes with mozzarella, old provolone, grana padanoand fresh basil) to the decadent (the "Kira Tierston" is accompanied by mozzarella, smoked bacon, a little brown sugar, a red onion and roasted Brussels sprouts).

Gourmet diners can hunt their pies with a scoop from the adjacent Little Baby's ice cream shop, whose flavors range from Irish potato to Churro chocolate. The more adventurous will be able to concoct what is known as a Frankford Avenue taco by filling their cheese slice with Little Baby's pizza-flavored ice cream.
