According to reports, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and personal information of British lawmakers and journalists were revealed on the Conservative Party's conference application.
According to the Daily Mirror, Pranksters has vandalized the profile of former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson with hardcore porn images.
Nobody was aware of the system's failure until Dawn Foster, a Guardian columnist, wrote on Twitter that she was able to access Johnson's personal information, the BBC reported.

The problem has since been fixed.
According to the BBC, individuals could access a member's personal data by entering their email address, without a password, into the application.
Sensitive personal information from ministers such as Environment Secretary Michael Gove and Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson was among the information available in the breach before the Conservative Party's annual conference in Birmingham.
The opposition Labor Party took the opportunity to show that the government could not be trusted to keep the country safe.
