A doctor on Friday described the possibly brutal conditions in which a pregnant woman from North Dakota was killed last year in a neighbor's apartment upstairs, according to several media reports.
William Hoehn, 33, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder in August 2017 after the death of Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind, 22, who lived with his family in his building.
