Markle's pregnancy was confirmed in October 2018, prior to her royal visit to Australia with her husband. The official deadline has not been announced, but spring has been mentioned. Personally, I would not be surprised if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to break with tradition by naming their firstborn. Both men were probably the most modern addition to the royal family of our generation. They settled together before their wedding, holding hands, kissing in public and choosing to do things their way, from their engagement to their royal visits.

If I had to predict now, I would say that Meghan and Harry combine the two royal names with a wink at the tradition with a modern twist (maybe even Australian?). But who knows, only time will tell.
