Prince George and Princess Charlotte are absolutely adorable in the new wedding photos

They may be two of the smallest members of the British royal family, but Prince George and Princess Charlotte always smile at every wedding they attend.

And their last outing at Sophie Carter's wedding – a close friend of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Charlotte's godmother – is no exception.

Photos from Saturday's event show the 5-year-old Prince looking particularly cheerful as he stood outside the chapel in his boy's linen and blue outfit. The other children of the wedding party stood in line and waited for their signal to enter the hall, but the future king faced another direction, sporting a slightly mischievous smile and ready to leave.

His 3-year-old sister stayed in line, but looked in his direction, aware of his brother's actions but apparently not surprised.

Princess Charlotte wore a simple white dress, like the other young bridesmaids, with a blue pocket in one hand and a bouquet in the other. A simple wreath of flowers in her hair completed her sweet dress.

In another wedding photo, it was clear that Prince George's antics continued throughout the day, as he leaned forward, hitting a pose and presenting another mischievous smile.

But in this picture, Charlotte, in her mother's arms, looked at him disapprovingly.
