Prince William and Duchess Kate had fun during a visit to Core Essex coach Tuesday at Basildon Sporting Village, near London.

The Coach Core program helps to make sport a diverse local community – and the royal couple seemed to have fun doing athletics and becoming friendly with the students.

The duchess looked elegant in black pants, a black turtleneck and a black and white plaid blazer from Smythe. William opted for a blue sweater with zipper and navy blue pants.

The members of the royal family were not only elegant, but they also showed affection for those present. Kate gave several hugs to the event.

During the visit, the royal couple met new apprentices and heard from graduates of the program.

And of course, they even tried a few sports.
