The rapper has blamed a snack with corn flavored with fiery cheese, no drugs for his hospitalization
Lil Xan said that he had to go to the hospital on Monday after eating too many hot cheetos.
The rapper of Total Xanarchy posted a message to his five million followers on Instagram after being released.
"I was in the hospital, not because of the drugs, but I guess I ate too many hot cheetos," he says laughing.
In a post legend, he added that he was "healthier than ever" before his next live tour.
Hot Cheetos is an American snack made from corn. And they are spicy.
On Tuesday, the 22-year-old alarmed fans by posting a photo of him in the back seat of an ambulance on his Instagram story.
He quickly posted a new clip revealing: "I was not in the hospital because of drugs but I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos and that it opened up something in my belly then I made a little blood ".
The rapper's Total Xanarchy tour kicks off in New York on Wednesday.
This is not the first time that snacks are making headlines because of health issues.
In July, a mother said that snacks, including Hot Cheetos, may have been partly responsible for her daughter's gall bladder surgery.
She said that the teenager regularly ate cornbags before stomach pain caused the operation.
