RB Kenneth Dixon Ravens (Knee) Over Several Weeks

The first Baltimore shooter to demolish the Bills at the opening of the season will not return to the field for some time.

Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon is expected to miss several weeks after a knee injury, NFL Network Leader Ian Rapoport said on Wednesday.

Dixon beat the Ravens' home ground attack against Buffalo with 44 rushing yards and a score. Baltimore's other tails, Buck Allen and Alex Collins, had 30 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries.

Dixon's injury is an unfortunate setback for a promising player with a terrible chance of injury. The running back missed 20 of the 33 possible games in the regular season due to a knee injury or suspension. He attended the entire 2017 campaign.

At times on Sunday, Dixon looked like the Ravens' most explosive back, offering a tantalizing complement to Baltimore's receiving corps. Now, the Ravens will have to regroup quickly with a clash with the division's rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, on Thursday night's approach.
