Howard has also become a popular starter. And whoever starts at a quarter comes back to the original discussion.
Koetter will not say who his starting quarterter will be at the 9th week in Carolina, but Fantasy owners should look for Fitzpatrick. Here's why:

Mike Evans with Fitzpatrick: 27 catches, 483 yards, four touchdowns (73% catch rate)
Mike Evans with Winston: 19 catches, 287 yards, no touchdown (catch rate 63%)
DeSean Jackson with Fitzpatrick: 18 catches, 427 yards, three touchdowns (82 percent catch rate)
DeSean Jackson with Winston: 8 catches, 167 yards, one touchdown (36% catch rate)
Chris Godwin with Fitzpatrick: 14 catches, 191 yards, three touchdowns (58% catch rate)
Chris Godwin with Winston: 14 catches, 149 yards, one touchdown (70% catch rate)
O.J. Howard with Fitzpatrick: 12 catches, 240 yards, two touchdowns (67% catch rate)
O.J Howard with Winston: 12 catches, 179 yards, one touchdown (75% catch rate)
Needless to say, if you own one of these Bucs players, Fitzpatrick is the one you want under the center. And that makes sense – he has played better, he has less turned the ball and it seems that his teammates love him a lot:

Four big questions of the week 8

- David Moore, WR, Seahawks (9% owned): How many more passes does this guy have to score to get a little love in Fantasy ?! He has found the salary four times in his last three games, including a lucky rebound score Sunday at Lions. Maybe we'll see a more regular playing time for Moore in the future – and an increase in the number of targets to start. He had only 11 of those in his last three, catch nine.
- Josh Adams, RB, Eagles (1% owned): For those who like to speculate on the backs, Adams played little but played well when he was hit. On a stats line of 9-61-0, Adams led the Eagles in all race categories, adding a six-yard catch. Corey Clement doing nothing special for the second week in a row, Adams may play more time when the Eagles come out of their 9th week.
