Everything must go to Oakland!
This seems to be the main coach of the Jon Gruden signboard is hanging outside the Raiders' facilities.
Six weeks after Khalil Mack traded against the Bears, the Raiders would buy two other former first-round picks: wide receiver Amari Cooper and safety Karl Joseph.
Jay Glazer from Fox Sports explains what's going on:

It seems that nobody is safe on the list of Raiders.
Cooper, in his fourth season with the Raiders, has been named to the Pro Bowl in his first two seasons. But Alabama 's product has been in serious trouble last season and has been inconsistent so far this season. Entering Sunday's game, Cooper had 22 receptions for 280 yards and a touchdown.
Joseph, the number 14 choice in 2016, was not the defensive force that the Raiders had hoped for. In 30 games in the last two seasons or more, Joseph has only two interceptions, one bag, one fumble and 138 tackles in total.
If Gruden replaces Cooper and Joseph, the only remaining choices in the first round of the lineup would be cornerback Gareon Conley and offensive lineman Kolten Miller, the best choices of the last two years.
