Capcom has launched a pretty unique demo for the Resident Evil 2 remake recently, and you can now try it yourself. However, you should be careful not to waste too much time watching sounds and pictures that are totally disgusting, as it only takes 30 minutes and you can not play. After an early release in Australia, it is now available worldwide.
The "1-Shot" demo is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The time limit is limited to 30 minutes and once this time has elapsed you can not play. The demonstration shows you an excerpt of the game under the name of Leon S. Kennedy. If you finish quickly enough, you can re-read it again. If you fail, you can continue to try until half an hour has passed.
Finish the demo will give you a new exclusive trailer. You can then watch the trailer as much as you want, even if the time is up, but the demonstration will be banned. The demo will be available until January 31st.
The full game will be performed by Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, just like the original. The main story remains the same, but Capcom reinvents some parts of the experience to surprise players with new scares. It also presents a different camera perspective and a more modern control scheme to accompany it.
Resident Evil 2 should be released on January 25, which means the demo will be available soon after it's released for those who might be on the fence. He has already earned a mention among our most anticipated games of 2019. He seems faithful but not too faithful to the original, although Capcom pays homage to the old game with classic costumes.
