Riot Games brings augmented reality to its grand opening ceremony of the 2018 League of Legends World Finals to entertain fans in a big stadium.
In the AR demo, the band K / DA will present their first performance on stage (yeah, they're real!) Of their POP / STARS pop song thanks to the use of augmented reality technology, alongside Madison Beer, Miyeon and Soyeon of (G) I-DLE and Jaira Burns.
K / DA is made up of League of Legends champions (from left to right in the picture above), Akali, Ahri, Kai'Sa and Evelynn. While the look and the champions of the skin line K / DA had already been announced previously – existence of a new original song, collaboration with Madison Beer, (G) I-DLE and Jaira Burns, and live performance Augmented for the 2018 League of Legends, the Opening Ceremony of the World Finals will be a complete surprise for the audience attending the finals and watching the world.

The League of Legends World Finals is the most watched sports event in the world. Riot's sponsor, Mastercard, will present the opening ceremony of the 2018 League of Legends World Finals. The ceremony begins Nov. 3 at 12:30 pm in the Pacific. It is broadcast live from Incheon Munhak Stadium in Incheon, South Korea.
From now on, all the players know is that the K / DA skin line exists. They do not know that this "group" of the game is releasing a song, and they do not know that the group will perform live thanks to the augmented reality technology at the opening ceremony of the world finals.
