Sarah Ferguson is not only the mother of the bride, but she also has a queenly atmosphere!
While she was coming down the stairs from St. George's Chapel to Windsor Castle after the royal wedding of her daughter Princess Eugenie with Jack Brooksbank, one of the little bridesmaids, Theodora Williams, 6, asked the Duchess of York if she was the queen.
