Rolling Stones Announce US Non-Stop Tour of New Orleans … SO FAR

After a few days of shameless teasing, the Rolling Stones announced that the US "No Filter" tour will take place in the spring of 2019. The Stones website lists 13 stops, which begin in Miami on April 20 and end in Chicago in June. 21

But what about New Orleans? Despite the heated rumors of recent days, Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie have not announced concert in Crescent City May 2 at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. They announced however that they would make a jump and a descent to Houston on Sunday, April 28th.

Are the Rolling Stones coming to the 2019 Jazz Fest? There is reason to hope

Does this mean that the world's most renowned rock band will not be going to Gentilly or is it simply a matter of honoring the Jazz Fest's commitment to announce the 50th anniversary December? We will see.

Sorry, your WWOZ Brass pass at the Jazz Fest will not run on May 2nd, rumors are circulating on the Rolling Stones.

May 31 – FedExField, Washington, D.C.

June 4 – Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA

June 8 – Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA

June 13 – MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ

June 21 – Soldier Field, Chicago, IL
