During an interview with right-wing activist Brandon Straka, Roseanne Barr revealed how she thinks her character will die in the years to come. Roseanne spin off, The conners: an opioid overdose. "They did die of opium or an overdose of opioids," she said. "It was not enough to do what they did to me. They had to insult so cruelly the people who loved this family and this show. They had to insult them cruelly. And that's what they chose to do, so I can not do anything about it.

If she's right, her disappearance will follow an episode of Roseanne restart, "Netflix & Pill", in which Roseanne deals with an opioid addiction. The story itself was born of a knee injury that the actress suffered, which made it lame and was incorporated into the series.

The first Roseanne the restart was canceled soon after Barr tweeted a racist comment about Valerie Jarrett, the former Obama advisor. The spinoff is scheduled for October 16th.
