Both players fill the needed positions for the Eagles, although only one (Cooper) has a more immediate impact.
Cooper was the No. 4 overall pick in 2015 and was excellent in the first two years of her career, accumulating 155 catches for a total of 2,223 yards, 10 touchdowns and two appearances at the Pro Bowl. He fell in 2017 – 48 catches for 680 yards and seven touchdowns – and has not yet regained his form in 2018, although it may have something to do with quarterback Derek Carr's performance.
