Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a Supreme Court justice, said Sunday that she would like to spend "still" five years on the bench before resigning.
Ginsburg, 85, told CNN of his intention to stay on the "I am now 85 years old," Ginsburg told CNN. My older colleague, Judge John Paul Stevens, resigned at the age of 90, so I think I have about five more years left.
The network spoke in Ginsburg after seeing the play "Originalist" – a production on former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in 2016.

His comments came a few weeks after President Donald Trump appointed Brett Kavanaugh, a conservative federal judge of the Washington Court of Appeals, to succeed Justice Anthony Kennedy to the Supreme Court. Kennedy, who had been a critical pendulum vote at the high court for decades, announced his retirement in June.
Following the announcement of Kennedy's retirement and the appointment of Kavanaugh, progressives expressed their concern that the court would be reshuffling the majority of jurists who could further restrict or eliminate abortion rights , among other issues. Kennedy had been a swing vote on the high court that had sometimes sided with the Liberals on key opinions, including on the landmark decision that legalized gay marriage.
These concerns were aggravated by additional concerns that Ginsburg would retire quickly, due to his age, which would give Trump another vacant job
