Six Ryanair cabin crew members were fired after posing for a photo showing that they were sleeping on the floor of an airport in Spain last month.
The six staff members were fired for serious misconduct this week, a spokesman for Ryanair confirmed to Fox News.

The union of the Portuguese airline SNPVAC, which represents the crew, said in a statement that the crew had been "placed in a room without minimum rest facilities". However, the union confirmed that the staff had been transferred to a VIP lounge.
Ryanair had stated in a previous statement that the photo was "clearly staged" and that the staff had been transferred to the VIP lounge after spending some time in the crew room.
