The man who became viral after being captured in video with racist language against a passenger sitting on a Ryanair flight claims he is "not racist" and apologized for his behavior.
David Mesher said Friday at ITV's "Good Morning Britain" that he regretted the words he had used with regard to passenger Delsie Gayle. Mesher said that he had "probably" lost his "coolness" when he had asked Gayle to move in order to get to the window.

Mesher said that if he had the chance to talk to Gayle, he would apologize for "all the distress you've had there and since."
Gayle also appeared in "Good Morning Britain" with her daughter Carol Gayle, who was also on the plane. Gayle rejected Mesher's apology.
