Sarah "Fergie" Ferguson talks about Prince Harry's wedding with Meghan Markle.

The Duchess of York appeared in the episode of Wednesday Hello Brittany, where she discussed the importance of being invited to Harry's wedding with Meghan in May after not being invited to Prince William's wedding in 2011 with Kate Middleton.

"It was very nice of them, and I can not thank them enough to do it because it was nerve-wracking," she said, calling the spectator's cheers when she arrived "quite extraordinary".

The Duchess seems to have repaired her relationship with the royal family in recent years.

"I just think Her Majesty is an amazing woman, and I just think what an icon for the country and one of the most beautiful people in the world I've ever met," Fergie told the newspaper Hello Brittany. "I think His Majesty leads by this example, to be so inclusive, to include me, is a wonderful gesture."

"Her Majesty knew me since I had a little naughty 10 year old … I'm still a little naughty aged 10, I guess that's why I write books for children, "she added. "But I can not thank His Majesty enough to be so firm with me."

During her interview on Wednesday, Fergie also talked about her own daughters and said her mistakes helped her to better counsel her children.
