A lost image of the embossed invitation, seen by Vanity Fair, was sent by divorced parents of Eugenie, the Duke of York and Sarah Ferguson.
The guests received elegant invitations with black characters on white paper during the wedding at St George's Chapel and a reception at Windsor Castle with the sending of RSVP to Buckingham Palace.
According to the image of the invitation disclosed, the dress code is the morning coat for men and the day dress with a hat for women.
The invitation reads as follows: "His Royal Highness the Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York are asking for the pleasure of the company of … at the wedding of their daughter Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie d & rsquo; York with Mr. Jack Brooksbank at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11am followed by a reception at Windsor Castle.
Guests are expected to enjoy an evening reception later at Prince Andrew's Royal Lodge.
The invitation drew parallels with Eugenie's cousin, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle's wedding invitations.
Kensington Palace confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had sent invitations, produced by Barnard & Westwood, which were stamped in gold and then polished with bevelled edges then gilded.
After the ceremony, Princess Eugenie will also participate in a procession of carriages around Windsor, similar to the parade that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry undertook after their May wedding.
A source told Vanity Fair: "Andrew and Sarah have been very involved in planning and they both want it to be a royal royal.
"They were very excited that Eugenie and Jack were taking a carriage ride. Poor Eugenie has had fears at the last minute as to whether people will arrive and what the weather will be like.
In addition to the 850 guests, there will also be 1,200 members of the public, selected by a lottery, who will be allowed to enter the castle park to see the guests arrive and see the newlyweds leave the St George's Chapel.

The ring, surrounded by diamonds, bears a striking resemblance to the ring of her mother, the Duchess of York.
Prince Andrew offered the Duchess of York a colorful Burmese ruby stone surrounded by 10 diamonds on a yellow gold band.
