School districts in the metropolitan New Orleans region plan to delay school hours, with meteorologists warning Wednesday (October 31) the region to prepare for violent storms early Thursday.
School Board of the parish of Orleans recommends all public schools in the parish of Orleans to start no earlier than 11 am Thursday (November 1), according to a school board press release.
