Cloning of extinct species might be possible in the near future.

For many years, scientists have engaged in activities beyond the realm of consciousness: they are preparing to clone a woolly mammoth for its renewal. According to experts, in ten years, the animal will roam the earth with other creatures, reports Chronicle.info in reference to the news of the world.

Scientists from Yakutia, South Korea and Japan are also involved in the implementation of the plan. Sakha Aisen Nikolaev, the acting head of Yakut, said cloning would be possible in the next ten years with the help of foreign colleagues trained in modern techniques.
