Corey Clement?

Well, the next best guess at kick kicker is Wendell Smallwood. The third round of third year does not have a big role in attack and has a ball return experience. He returned 13 years on the road for an average of 27.1 yards per return and even brought one back home in 2016.
To punt returner, the best hypothesis is probably the receiving companion DeAndre Carter. Although this is Carter's first season on a list of 53 players, he made a punts comeback this summer. Aside from Clement, he is the only player still on the lineup who has returned to pre-season punishment. He had three returns (average of 12.7 yards per return) and two correct shots. The problem is that he played 54 times in week 1.
