Reconstruction bills waste the last years of LeSean McCoy's rule while the Eagles fight for their lives in the playoffs without going back, which raises an obvious question: could the Bills and Eagles to reach an agreement that would send McCoy back to Philadelphia?

McCoy, 30, is one of the NFL's most productive half-strikers since the Eagles return in the second round in 2009.
