Bob Dylan made a rare late-night appearance Thursday at Tonight's show while the music legend drank whiskey and watched Big Apple Circus with Jimmy Fallon.

In the two-minute sketch, written by Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No. 1", Dylan and Fallon enjoy the new whiskey of singer Heaven's Door when they attend a private performance of the movie Big Apple Circus.

In the middle of the circus routine, however, Fallon realizes that Dylan is gone. "Where's Bob," asked the circus leader, who said that Dylan was never in the audience and that Fallon was alone in listening. Fallon then asks, "What was in this whiskey?"

"I want to thank Bob Dylan for this job. He has this amazing new whiskey called Heaven's Door, "said Fallon back on Tonight's show together. "Bob, I'll have a drink for you right now."

Dylan's last late appearance was in May 2015, when he played "The Night We Called It A Day" in one of David Letterman's latest episodes in the movie Late Show.

In April, Dylan revealed plans for his whiskey signature line called Heaven's Door. "We both wanted to create a collection of American whiskeys that, in their own way, tell a story," said Dylan in a statement released at the time. "I've been traveling for decades and I've been able to try some of the best spirits in the world of whiskey. This is an excellent whiskey. "
