Meghan Markle had the same reaction to her wedding dress as millions of royal fans around the world: a total astonishment.
The special moment when the Duchess of Sussex saw her wedding dress and her veil were filmed for Qof the world, a new documentary series featuring members of the Royal Family talking about Queen Elizabeth and the Commonwealth, the family of nations linked to the United Kingdom.
A big smile crosses Meghan's face as she looks up and down her wedding dress, then touches her veil, which features hand-embroidered flowers from each of the 53 Commonwealth counties. (There were also some personal touches: she added the Wintersweet, which grows in the precinct of Kensington Palace in front of Nottingham Cottage, and the California Poppy, the California flower, added.)
"Fifty-three countries, oh my God," she heard. "This will keep us busy."

Meghan was on hand to see her dress one last time before she was ready for a new exhibition for the royal collection.
In the clip, Meghan wears Roland Mouret's Barwick in marine dress – the same outfit she wore when she arrived at the Cliveden House Hotel with her mother, Doria Ragland, on the eve of the royal wedding. (Of course, we know that Meghan is not afraid to shoot a royal rewear, especially with a popular dress that has earned fans like Jennifer Garner!)

Two members of the royal family, Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, and the Queen's daughter, Princess Anne, gave formal interviews, adds a royal source. Meghan, Harry, Prince Charles and Prince William all appear as the show promises to present "moments behind the scenes with the sovereign and other members of the royal family," says a statement from ITV.
"As family and world leaders discuss the importance of the Commonwealth for the Queen, the series will document how it passes on its knowledge and experience to younger generations," adds ITV's statement.
