See the second wedding dress of Princess Eugenie for the evening reception

Princess Eugenie did not have one, but two dream dresses on the day of her royal wedding.

After being knotted in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on Friday in a long-sleeved and long-sleeved ivory dress customized from the British design house Peter Pilotto, Eugenie's transformed in a beautiful blush silk dress by American designer Zac Posen for his private party at the Royal Lodge.

Eugenie's husband, Jack Brooksbank, donned his day suit for a stylish black tuxedo for the evening's festivities.

The couple released the stunning photo taken by photographer Alex Bramall before the evening reception, as well as three other new portraits on Saturday.

Posen says she was inspired by the beauty of Windsor and the surrounding countryside for the ethereal second look of the royal bride.

The color reflects the blush of an English rose and Posen says it's inspired by the White Rose of York. In fact, a white York rose is subtly embroidered on the shoulder and back of the dress, which hold the cape in detail.

The pleated silk fabric, which is cut into distinctive drapes at the bottom of the blouse, comes from the British Mill, Biddle Sawyer Silk.

Eugenie adorned her hair with a barrette that belongs to her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. The hair clip, which can also be worn as a brooch, was originally commissioned by William IV in 1830 for Queen Adelaide. The Wheat-Ear brooches were passed on to Queen Victoria in 1837, then to the Queen in 1952. The monarch has since worn them as pins and brooches.

Eugenie followed a royal tradition that saw several princess ladies change into a second dress for their evening reception.

Kate Middleton also changed her outfit for her royal wedding with Prince William in 2011. For her reception at Buckingham Palace, she slipped into another dress designed by Alexander McQueen's artistic director, Sarah Burton: A white satin evening dress with a circle skirt and diamond detailing around the waist (her wedding dress was also McQueen).

Eugenie and her new husband, Jack Brooksbank, have joined approximately 800 guests for their private party at the Royal Lodge, located five kilometers from Windsor Castle and constituting the royal residence of Father Andrew, Eugenie's father, whom he shares with his ex-Sarah Ferguson.

The newlyweds quickly left Windsor Castle after their lunch in a James Bond-inspired Aston Martin. Guests at their evening reception attended the performance of pop star Robbie Williams, whose 6 year old daughter, Theodora, was one of the adorable bridesmaids.

A gourmet pizza truck provided food and Casamigos Margarita was the cocktail of choice. (Jack works as a brand manager for the tequila brand created by George Clooney and Rande Gerber before selling the company for $ 1 billion last year.)
