ServiCom closes the doors of two Stateline sites

Today, as many of you may have heard, ServiCom had to make a very difficult decision by closing two of its sites in Rockford and Machesney Park (Forrest Hills Road). . We have fundamentally reviewed every aspect of our business and will continue to actively explore all options for ServiCom to make every effort to succeed and to be profitable. As part of this process, our goals should focus on a core group of core businesses.
Misfortuneto achieve this goal, one must make the hard decision of cutting jobs, which means losing colleagues and separating from friends and colleagues. The decision has been difficult and we are certain that it will affect many of them in the coming days and we wish them the best in their future endeavors. Today we are starting the process of informing employees about these changes. We appreciate our staff and for those who leave, we thank you for everything you have contributed to ServiCom. We will treat all our people with dignity and respect, providing resources that will facilitate the management of the transition.
Regarding the status and future of ServiCom
Change is never easy. But now is the time to move ServiCom forward aggressively, with increased attention and accountability. It's a great company with exceptionally talented people and I know we'll do our best to encourage each other during this difficult transition period.
Our location on Machesney Park on Alpine Road will continue. We are committed to our investments in the community. In the coming days, the company will proceed with a restructuring so that we can be more stable financially, customer-centric, proactively improve the working environment of employees and be more like the company. that we were when we started.
