CHANDLER – Polling stations are open Tuesday to voters in the valley and state. At the opening time at 6:00 am, it was confirmed that one site was experiencing problems. Voters concerned reported other problems to ABC15.

Adrian Fontes, of the Maricopa County Recorder, tweeted Tuesday morning that there were "problems accessing the buildings" at the polling station located at 2031 N. Arizona Avenue, in the Gila neighborhood.

Voters assigned to this location were invited to the City Hall Vote Center at 175 S. Arizona Ave. At 7:15, Fontes announced the Avenue 2031 N. Arizona Ave. the location was operational again.

Fontes also stated that the convenience stores were on the Mesa Sunland voting site near Greenfield and Southern to assess the issues. The closest polling center to this location is the Red Mountain Campus at Mesa Community College, known as Fontes.
