The Mower County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in locating three children who were allegedly taken away by a parent who was sentenced to no further contact with them.

Mateo, 10, Mollycia, 11 and Marco Cooley were last seen at Rose Creek around 10:30 pm. Saturday. Their mother, 39-year-old Izetta Cooley, reportedly arrived at the residence where the children were staying and took them, according to an alert from the Minnesota Office of Criminal Awareness.

The BCA tweeted shortly after 4 pm Sunday that five children are now considered missing – Mateo, 10; Mollycia, 11; Mojo, 13 years old; Morgan, 16 years old; and Marco Cooley, 17 years old.

Izetta Cooley is a court sentenced to have no contact with children.

"Due to recent events, the authorities are concerned about their well-being," said the BCA alert.

The Star Tribune announced that Cooley's husband, Miguel J. Cooley Sr., 44, was in Mower County Jail on a murder charge for killing a 20-year-old man. years sitting on a sidewalk near Fargo.

Izetta Cooley is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 180 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. It is thought that they are traveling in a 2007 Suzuki XL7 black with the Minnesota 103WJC license plate. Cooley's residence is in Moorhead, but the authorities say they do not really know where they are going and they could be accommodated in a hotel.
