"Shocked" Harold Baines is a Hall of Fame and baseball media lose him

After this induction by Harold Baines, I can not wait for the 2024 Baseball Hall of Fame starring John Olerud, Chone Figgins and LaTroy Hawkins.

Harold Baines was on the ballot as recently as 2011 and garnered 4.8% of the vote. It was his fifth consecutive year with a total of less than 10% votes. Why, just seven years later, did 16 people decide to become a member of the Hall of Fame when 95.2% of voters did not think so?
