One person died and four others were injured as a result of a shootout in a dollar store located in the Germantown neighborhood in Philadelphia.

Using chisels and saws, the detectives worked to remove the bullets lodged in the trees, after stating that at least 18 shots had been fired at around 2:30 pm. Wednesday on Germantown Avenue near Manheim Street.

A fifth man, aged 20, was shot in the head. The police took him to the hospital in critical condition and died as a result of his injuries.

Ross stated that the shooting did not appear to be random and that the police believed that the victims were the target targets.

"It's a shameless act. It's big day. Just in front of a shopping center. Just in front of a small supermarket. It shows how some of these guys are insensitive and what we face every day, "Ross said.

Investigators said that no weapons had been recovered and that the reason for the shooting was unknown at the moment.
