LAWRENCEBURG, Tennessee –
A Tennessee man accused of raping a boy 16 months earlier this month was arrested after being placed on the TBI Most Wanted List earlier this week, the WSMV reports.

Simon Dean Porter, 33, is wanted for aggravated rape of a child. The incident occurred on November 10th.
TBI officials tweeted on Sunday that Porter had been located and captured by law enforcement in Scottsboro, Ala.
The victim is treated in a hospital in Nashville.
Porter lives in Lawrenceburg, but has ties to Giles and White House counties in Tennessee and northern Alabama.
